Sheet masks have grown in popularity as the new fun trend for snapping selfies on social media platforms, while they have been a long staple in Asian skin care. It’s becoming more widely used, and we’re obsessed with how sheet masks can brighten, hydrate and make our skin feel so refreshed. There are so many different types of masks out there with multiple uses, so we thought we’d give you a little Sheet Mask 101.

WHO can use it?
Anyone and everyone can use a sheet mask. It’s made for all skin types, and just helps boost the moisture in your skin when it needs a little pick-me-up.
WHAT is it?
A sheet mask is basically a sheet made out of papers, fibers or gel types that has been cut up to fit your face. It’s been heavily doused in a serum-based formula that is packed full of vitamins, amino acids and minerals.
WHEN to use it?
Some people use it every single day. While other people use it when their skin is feeling dry and they need some extra moisture.
WHERE to use it?
Anywhere! It’s a great that you can just put a mask on and still be able to work on something else at the same time. That’s multitasking at its finest! Make sure you do not wash your face after you’re done with the sheet mask. Use the leftover from the package on your décolletage and rest of your body!
WHY use it?
People use it for its amazing hydration benefits. Who doesn't love glowing skin within a matter of minutes? It's truly a fast and easy way to pamper yourself. Unlike other abrasive masks, sheet masks are okay to use every day.
